The Registration
You can simply register for an retrofit using the form below. A list of the possible retrofits and the associated costs can be found further down. After submitting the form, you will receive your parcel label.
If you are not located in Germany, please visit our retrofit pages for Austria or Switzerland. For ORTLIEB dealers, we offer retrofits via the dealer portal.
To the parcel shop
Print out the label and affix it visibly to the parcel. You can drop off your completed shipment at any GLS shop in Germany. If you are unsure where the nearest parcel station is, simply use the GLS Shop Finder.
We process your shipment
Once we have received your shipment, we will process your order as quickly as possible.
Your delivery
Once your product, along with the invoice, is returned by GLS, you will receive a notification via email.

Conditions for retrofitting
- Please note that during periods of high retrofit request volumes, there may be a longer processing time for your order. We appreciate your understanding!
- In the event of damage to your product during an retrofit carried out by us, we will of course exchange it for a product we have in stock.
- All products sent in for retrofit must be in a clean condition, as only clean products can be altered optimally. For soiled products, we must charge a cleaning fee of €5.00 (only the area to be altered will be cleaned).
- retrofit orders for older products are accepted only under reservation.

All prices include 19% VAT, plus a shipping fee of €5.00 per outbound and return shipment (!) and, if applicable, a cleaning fee of €5.00 for soiled products.
