Submitting ORTLIEB products
How does it work?
Select the appropriate services for your product in the conversion form. After entering your personal details, you will receive a GLS label, which you can use to conveniently send in your product.

Are you located outside Germany or are you a retailer?
- For inquiries from other countries, please select your country using the globe icon in the menu or visit our distributor page to find the appropriate contact person.
- For ORTLIEB dealers, we offer conversions via the dealer portal.
Conversion conditions and costs
Costs for your conversion order:
- The costs for the possible conversions vary and are noted directly on the form.
- Plus a flat shipping fee of €10.00 for shipping to us and back to you.
- For products that have not been cleaned in advance, there is an additional cleaning fee of €5.00 for cleaning the area to be repaired.
- All prices include 19% VAT.
Please also note:
- We only accept conversions of older products with reservations.
- If there is a high volume of conversion requests, processing times may be longer.
- All products sent in for conversion must be clean, as optimal conversion can only be carried out on clean products.
