The Registration

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Further information can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

First, enter your order number and, optionally, the postal code of your delivery address or the email address you used to place your order into the form. Once your order is retrieved, select the product you wish to return. You will then receive a free return label via email and in your customer account.

To the Parcel Shop

Print out the label and affix it prominently on the package. You can drop off your completed return at any GLS shop in Germany. If you are unsure where the nearest parcel station is, simply use the GLS Shop locator.

We Process Your Return

We will confirm the receipt of your return via email. The refund will be issued a few days later to the payment method you selected.
