Returning ORTLIEB products
How does the return process work?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt using our form.
First, enter your order number and either the postcode of your delivery address or the email address you used to place your order in the form.
After accessing your order, you can select the product you wish to return. You will then receive a free return label by email and in your customer account.
A few days after we receive your return, the credit will be issued to the original payment method.
