We have also provided them with an extensive range of spare parts. They can help you quickly and efficiently on site when it comes to assessing a complaint, replacing a plug, repairing small holes, replacing a screw or similar issues. This means that you may not need to send your bag to ORTLIEB.

Our in-house ORTLIEB customer service team is of course still available to help you with repairs, retrofitting and any other defects.
