With our YouTube tutorials and the replacement parts in our online store, you can repair many products yourself.

If your product is still within the warranty period, please send your product in as a complaint.
Submitting ORTLIEB products
How does it work?
You can easily send your ORTLIEB product in for repair using our form. Simply select your product and mark the affected area. After entering your personal details, you will receive a GLS label that you can use to conveniently send in your product.

Are you located outside Germany or are you a retailer?
- For inquiries from other countries, please select your country using the globe icon in the menu or visit our distributor page to find the appropriate contact person.
- For ORTLIEB dealers, we offer repairs via the dealer portal.
Repair conditions and costs
Costs for your repair order:
- Our repair price list gives you an overview of the most common repairs. For repair costs over $25.00, you will receive a quote from us in advance.
- Flat shipping fee of €10.00 for shipping to us and back to you.
- For products that have not been cleaned in advance, there is an additional cleaning fee of €5.00 for cleaning the area to be repaired.
- All prices include 19% VAT.
Please also note:
- Unfortunately, we cannot process your shipment without a detailed description of the fault.
- We only accept repairs of older products with reservations.
- Longer processing times may occur if there is a high volume of repairs.
- If you do not respond within 2 weeks of our repair quote, we will return the product to you. For this, we charge a handling fee of €5.00 in addition to the shipping fee.
- All products sent in for repair must be clean, as optimal repairs can only be carried out on clean products.
