How does the warranty return work?

The Registration

You can easily register a warranty return using the form below. Afterwards, you will receive a free return label by email.

If you are not located in Germany, please visit our warranty return pages for Austria or Switzerland. For ORTLIEB dealers, we offer warranty returns via the dealer portal.

To the parcel shop

Print out the label and affix it visibly to the package. You can drop off your completed shipment at any GLS shop in Germany. If you are unsure where the nearest parcel station is, simply use the GLS Shop Finder.

We process your shipment

Your product will be professionally repaired by us and returned to you free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we will, of course, exchange your product.

Your delivery

We will notify you by email about the return of your (exchange) product.

Notes on the ORTLIEB Warranty

  • Please note that we are unfortunately unable to process your submission without a sufficient description of the fault.
  • In the event that your product is damaged during a warranty return processed by us, we will of course exchange it for a product we have in stock.
  • If you are unsure whether it is a warranty case, you can refer to our warranty terms.
