The minimalist mudguard is not only a perfect stylistic match for the Quick-Rack and Quick-Rack Light, but also adds functionality by protecting your bike, your bags and you from wheel spray and dirt. This makes sure you can ride in adverse weather conditions as well, so that your bike becomes even more flexible. Three versions ensure an ideal fit for different tire widths.
Please note: F78107 Road (38mm) is suitable for tires up to max. 32mm / 26-28“. F78108 Gravel (50mm) is suitable for tires up to max. 45mm / 26-28“. F78109 MTB (72mm) is suitable for tires of up to max. 2.3“ / 26-29“.

Even if a model is no longer produced, spare parts remain available for at least ten years.

Which bikes and racks is the Mudguard compatible with?

The Quick-Rack Mudguard is only compatible with ORTLIEB Quick-Racks. It is available in three sizes suitable for different bike types:

Road (38 mm): for tires up to max. 32 mm on 26-28 inch wheels
Gravel (50 mm): for tires up to max. 45 mm on 26-28 inch wheels
MTB (72 mm): for tires up to max. 2.3 inches on 26-29 inch wheels

How is the Mudguard mounted on the bike?

The Quick-Rack Mudguard is mounted without tools using flexible silicone tension rings directly on the vertical struts of the Quick-Rack carrier. The tension rings are placed around the carrier tube and hold the Mudguard securely in place. The mounts can be individually adjusted so you can perfectly adapt the position of the fender to your bike.

Do I need a rack for the Mudguard?

Yes, the Mudguard can only be used in combination with the ORTLIEB Quick-Rack, Quick-Rack Light, Quick-Rack L or Quick-Rack XL. It is attached directly to the vertical struts of the rack and cannot be mounted without it.
